Home Buyer Tax Credit Changes
According to the President of National Association of Realtors, Congress passed the new bill yesterday (Nov 5th) to extend and expand the home buyer credit. It is anticipated to be signed by President Obama today. Click link below for details. This new bill should help stimulate the real estate market & bring incentive to move up and first time buyers.
